At Mocha Jewellery, we work hard to make sure your favorite pieces reach you safely and on time.
We currently ship only within India and aim to make your experience smooth from checkout to delivery.

Shipping Details

• We offer nationwide delivery for all orders within India.

• Orders below ₹200 must be prepaid, including a flat shipping charge of ₹60.

• Orders above ₹200 can be placed as Prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD).

• Shipping is free on orders above ₹499.

• A ₹60 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹600.

• COD is available for orders up to ₹4,999. Orders above ₹5,000 are prepaid only.

• All prices include GST.

Delivery Timelines

• Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• You’ll receive a confirmation and tracking link via email and SMS once your order ships.

• Deliveries are made between Monday–Saturday (10 AM – 6 PM), excluding public holidays.

• Delays due to natural events, holidays, or courier issues are sometimes beyond our control — but we’ll always help track your parcel.

Tip: Please don’t share any delivery OTP until your package is in your hands.

Order Updates & Address Changes

• Once your order is shipped, the address can’t be changed.

• If you wish to update your address, please email us before dispatch.

• You’ll get notifications about your order status on your registered email and mobile number.

Returns & Replacements

Return or replacement request within 72 hours of delivery.
Please make sure you have a clear unboxing video for verification.

Eligibility:

• Accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Replacements depend on stock availability.

• If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a store credit.

Note: We currently do not offer exchanges or refunds for reasons such as color or style preference.

Refunds

• For Prepaid Orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the item.

• For COD Orders, we offer store credit or replacement only — no cash refunds.

• Refunds exclude the original delivery fee.

Self-Return Option

If reverse pickup is unavailable for your location, you may self-ship the return.
Please email us at care@mochajewellery.in with your courier details and tracking number.
Once we receive your parcel, we’ll confirm and process your request.
A ₹60 shipping credit will be added to your Mocha account as a token of thanks.
